The Power of Faith and Resilience Amidst Life's Storms

We are finally emerging from Hurricane Milton's chaos. It's been a challenging year for many of us, filled with unexpected twists and moments that tested our strength and resilience. As I reflect on these times, I'm filled with gratitude for the blessings of my Ancestors, my spiritual guides, and Almighty God. Even in the darkest moments, I know this to be true: **You are never alone**. No matter what life throws at you, whether positive or negative, your Higher God-Self (Ori) knows the path to the good you seek. It's often our task to trust that this path, though it may look different than expected, is still leading us to our destination.

The Journey of Life: Detours, Delays, and Divine Timing
Think of life as a long road trip. When you begin, you have a clear vision of where you're going and a rough estimate of how long it will take to get there. But as anyone who has traveled knows, things sometimes go differently than planned. There are **detours**, **inclement weather**, and even **mechanical breakdowns** that force us to slow down or stop entirely. Sometimes, it may feel like you need to go somewhere or be pulled away from your destination.

But here's the thing: Even when you have to pause, when the road gets tough, or when the route changes, the destination doesn't disappear. It's still there, waiting for you. During these moments, adjusting your attitude, putting on some good music, and holding a vision of where you're headed is essential. Focus on the joy and peace that awaits you, and before you know it—poof!—you arrive.

This is how life works. **Destiny is not just a destination, but a journey**. Every experience, whether smooth or challenging, is part of that journey. Even the bumps in the road serve a purpose, teaching us lessons that strengthen our resolve and shape our character.

Your Higher Self, or Ori, is like the GPS of your soul. It knows the best route to take, even when your human mind (the ego) gets in the way, guessing and second-guessing every turn. The ego, as well-meaning as it may be, often leads us astray, pushing us to betray ourselves, make impulsive decisions, or act out of fear. We've all done it—made those mistakes that, in hindsight, seem ridiculous. But that's all part of the process.

The beauty of trusting your Ori is that it **always knows the way back**. Even if you've taken a few wrong turns or hit some dead ends, your Ori gently nudges you back on course. It whispers in your heart, guiding you towards choices that align with your highest good. And here's the comforting truth: No matter how lost you feel, **you're never honestly off course**. The journey may take longer than expected, but every delay is part of your divine timeline.

Finding Encouragement in the Storms
As I look around at the social unrest, climate upheavals, and heartbreaking life situations we're all facing, I find myself encouraged, not discouraged. Why? Because I trust the power that has brought me this far. It is the same power that sustains me and guides me through every valley of shadows. I am led by still waters that restore my soul, and I know that my banquet table is already prepared—**even in the presence of my enemies**.

This banquet, symbolizing abundance, peace, and fulfillment, is not a far-off dream. It is my **destiny**, and it is already set before me. My Ori, that higher, divine self, ensures that goodness and mercy follow me throughout my life. In the face of hardship, I walk forward with courage and faith, knowing I am always guided, protected, and on the path to divine fulfillment.

A Call to Trust and Hope
If you're reading this and feeling the weight of your storms—personal loss, the uncertainty of the world, or your inner struggles—I encourage you to pause. Breathe. Trust that your Ori (Higher Self) knows the way, even when your human eyes can't see the road ahead clearly. Hold onto the vision of the destination you seek, and adjust your mindset to one of faith and resilience.

Life will continue to present its detours and challenges, but each one is an opportunity to deepen your connection with your Higher Self and grow in trust. As you move forward, step by step, you'll find that you reach your destination and become a stronger, more grounded version of yourself along the way.
Remember, the power that brought you this far is the same power that will carry you through. Trust in that power, trust in your Ori, and walk confidently on the uniquely your path.

Affirm: "I am perfectly aligned with my Higher Self (Ori), and I trust that every experience guides me toward my highest joy. The path before me is always clear, even when I can't see it. I relax, release resistance, and allow the universe to unfold perfectly for me. I am always moving toward abundance, well-being, and fulfillment. All is well, and everything is working out for me."
