In the 80s I attended a Nazarene pastor's conference in Nashville where a professional actor portrayed Phineas as a pious but joyful man. When asked why he always said good morning? He replied: "In the kingdom of heaven the sun never sets, it's always morning time."
That poignant statement has had a profound impact on my life all these decades. Morning represents a new day, new opportunities. A chance to start over and to make progress. No matter the mess of yesterday, tomorrow is another day and morning will come.
Carry this mentality with you 24 hours a day instead of limiting it to a few hours after sunrise. You'll vibrate on a different level and find yourself generally optimistic. In your soul, the birds will continuously sing praise to the Creator because it's always morning in the Kingdom within.
